To identify, develop and maintain relationships with new prospects and existing clients proactively promoting production capabilities and services to generate and secure profitable revenue.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· Achieve and exceed sales target.

· Research, identify and approach new business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels by engaging with them via direct meetings, online meetings, email and phone.

· Understand the needs of your client (all buyer modes) in order to respond effectively with a plan to meet their objectives.

· Create, build and manage individual sales pipeline to achieve / exceed targets.

· Ownership of the sales process from prospecting, presentations, RFQ’s negotiating and closing opportunities.

· Provide account leadership, engaging with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

· Plan and develop account business plans for key clients/ prospects (qualifying through sales turnover or strategic importance).

· At point of client order, provide CS with an accurate and concise project handover to enable the efficient delivery of the VGL scope of works.

· Submission of weekly sales activity reports.

· Experience of working in the print industry, understanding of processes, applications and client buying modes.

· Knowledge of working with a sales CRM.

· Successful record in Sales (demonstrating new business wins/ account growth).
