We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a Market Leader within corrugated packaging and consumables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the packaging industry, with a focus on corrugated packaging and related consumables.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the corrugated packaging and consumables industry.
2. Lead a sales team to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales efforts.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
6. Provide sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5  years of experience in the corrugated packaging and consumables industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit production facilities.
6. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
7. Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
